By accessing or using the Human-AI Collaboration Maturity Assessment Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides an assessment tool to evaluate an organisation's maturity in human-AI collaboration across various dimensions. The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

3. Beta Status

The Service is currently in beta testing. While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate service, you may encounter bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when using the Service
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your assessment data
  • Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring you have the right to provide any information you submit

5. Assessment Data Storage

The Service stores your assessment responses locally in your browser. You can access, view, and delete your stored assessments through the "Answers" page. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your assessment data is stored locally on your device
  • You are responsible for managing your stored assessments
  • Clearing your browser data or localStorage will permanently delete your stored assessments
  • We do not have access to your stored assessments unless you explicitly share them with us

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Customer Experience Insight Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer Experience Insight Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
